Broadly speaking, our business can be broken down into four key areas. As you can imagine, we have a variety of roles available for people with a variety of different backgrounds - all we ask is that you share our commitment to being the best at what we do.
Assessment
We know that by working together with our learners and their managers that we will achieve the best results. Our assessment teams deliver the most credible, government funded and corporate funded programmes to learners in the workplace and are known for their passion, dedication and expertise. Our programmes are wide and varied, we prepare people for roles in fitness and active leisure, hospitality, sales, business and administration as well as child and elderly care.
Every day will be different. And as our clients are based all around the UK, so are our teams. Supporting all of this we have a small but talented team of Internal Verifiers and Auditors who ensure a high level of compliance.
Tutoring and training
We offer both government funded apprenticeships and self-funded programmes for individuals who are looking to start a career in the fitness industry or advance themselves. Our courses are delivered by some of the best tutors in the industry who come with a whole host of teaching qualifications and a wealth of experience plus bucket loads of passion and enthusiasm for their subject. Our tutors teach the work-based training and apprenticeships either on a one-to-one or group basis, which has always been graded as good or excellent by OFSTED.
Course advisors and telesales team
Our Course Advisor and Telesales team are an energetic and focussed bunch who really do know their stuff. They are always eager to provide our customers with the right advice on courses and programmes available to them with our portfolio of solutions ranging from government funded apprenticeships to self-funded, distance learning certificates and diplomas through to one day CPDs - all of which go towards helping our team achieve their monthly goals and sales targets.
Business support
None of our work would be possible without our central business support team - those who work in areas such as IT, HR, Marketing, Finance or Administration. Based at our central support office in Clifton, Bristol, these areas are the backbone of our organisation and allow our field team to get out there and make it happen.
