People often ask us what it's like to be a Regional Trainer here at Lifetime, so we thought who better to tell you than the experts? Take a look at what our Regional Trainers get up to in a typical day (if there is such a thing).

Clare Perry, Regional Trainer

Clare is a Business Administration & Sales assessor and has been working for Lifetime since summer 2007, Claire is from a sales management background and is passionate about delivering a quality learning experience, she is also an artist in her spare time and has exhibited in many local galleries .as well as the Diorama gallery in Regents Park

Chris Fox, Regional Trainer

Chris is a Fitness and Active Leisure assessor and has been working for Lifetime since spring 2009, Chris's background is fitness management he has a real passion for all sports (watching & playing!) he has represented various football clubs at professional, semi professional, county and district levels and has appeared on local and national radio giving fitness advice.
