Kieran Tomes took time out to re-evaluate his life and decided on a complete career change. After re-training as a Personal Trainer the 37-year-old from Shepton Mallet, Somerset, has launched his own thriving business and has never been happier… He trained with Lifetime as a fitness instructor and personal trainer and launched his own business in April 2009.
