New Chef Academy for Hilton
Lifetime has teamed up with Hilton to launch their new Chef Academy, an Apprenticeship scheme designed to grow Hilton's future Head Chefs and which allows learners to 'earn while they learn'.
Through a combination of essential theory with invaluable practical work, gained at master-classes every four weeks, the programme delivers the core knowledge and skills needed to become a Demi-Chef de Partie and the opportunity for a great career with one of the world's leading hospitality sector brands.
Tarisai Robinson (pictured) an
apprentice on the new Hilton Chef Academy was excited by her
opportunity. She said; "It's fantastic! At last someone has
seen my good points rather than focus on my bad
ones. Hilton Chef Academy, supported by Lifetime, has helped
me focus on a new direction in life".
Angelie Sidhu, Hilton Cluster Training Manager, Midlands, was delighted to see an idea come to fruition with Lifetime's expert help. She said; "We are thrilled and excited to be part of creating and delivering the Hilton Chef Academy Programme in partnership with Lifetime. It has been fantastic to see it grow and develop from an idea on a page into something that is happening in reality. "It is great to see a training provider such as Lifetime and a brand such as Hilton uplift the profile of the chef apprentice programme. We hope to see it to continue to grow and that today's apprentices will be an inspiration to all - now and in the future".
