Business and
Administration Apprenticeships will provide your staff with

traditional office equipment. It will help your staff to manage
their workload, solve problems, handle information and use the
appropriate communication methods within a business environment.
For more advanced staff the course covers team supervision, how to
drive meetings and handle customer service problems.
