School leavers get set for work this summer

A survey commissioned by national training and Apprenticeship provider Lifetime, highlights that a refreshing 93 per cent of employers admit that organisations benefit from hiring school leavers. Half of those questioned, however, suggest that gaining experience in a real life setting would significantly boost a young person’s ‘employability’ and long term career prospects.
