Unlike most applications, where you have to know exactly what you want to be right now, the Hospitality Academy is about helping you explore your options, trying out new skills in a variety of roles and meeting new people. By attending five days of training, spread over four weeks, you will have a real flavour of what the industry is all about and what your career options are.

Whilst on the Academy your tutor will help you create a career and training plan, giving you the confidence to go out and seek employment. Here you will be supported by your work place mentor and encouraged to complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship programme with your employer, to take your skills to the next level in whichever discipline most interests you.
We have Academies across the country running every month so you can book on a course near you and we'll help you with money towards your travel fare.
