Specialist Biomechanics Coach
This course will give you an in depth experience of over 20 years of research in biomechanics where you will learn a thorough screening protocol to allow you to fully assess your clients. You will look at each area of the body segmentally in order to ascertain the key areas of biomechanical dysfunction. Based on these screening results you will then be able to prescribe exercises that are client specific to enable them to function to the best of their ability.

Module one:
Biomechanics Coach
Includes: Normalise (Spine and Pelvis Screening: Nerves, Joint & Muscles), Stabilise (Core engagement & Screening) & Functionalise Phase 1 (Shoulder screens: Nerves, Joint & Muscles) with all of the Corrective Exercises for each area and our 'famous' GAM; Group Action of Muscle practical.
Module two: Advanced
Biomechanics Coach
Includes: Functionalise Phase 2 (Knee, Foot & Ankle: Joint & Muscles), Orthotic prescription and Resistance Specialist (M.S.A.C.).
Module Three: Specialist
Biomechanics Coach
Includes: Low Back Pain Specialist; Clinical anatomy of the spine and pelvis, Understanding various pathologies of Low Back Pain & Cadaver Day (Anatomy Lab) at Keele University Medical School.
