- Aged 16+ years
- Contracted to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
- Not be in any other form of education or training such as college or university Have been an EU/UK resident for a minimum of three years
- Do not have a qualification at the same level, or above in the same discipline
- You must have passed your probation period
- All your internal training needs to be up to date
- Gain approval from your line manager
- You must be based in the UK
