What you need to do:

Have a discussion with your Line Manager to agree this is the right development for you and how you will both commit to the programme.
Have a read through the 'Off the Job Hours Guide' (OTJ Guide) to find out more about what this means and why it's important.

Line Manager – What you need to do:

Attend a 30-minute, 'Play Your Part' virtual session with Lifetime.

To register, click on the link below, select Business & Commerce>Retail, choose a suitable date, and complete your details.

Complete the Line Manager declaration 'I have booked on a Lifetime 'Play Your Part virtual session' and add the date you are attending.
Have a read through the 'Managers Guide to Apprenticeships' and 'Off the Job Hours Guide' (OTJ Guide).

Once Lifetime has received confirmation that the manager has attended the session they will be in touch to talk you through eligibility and next steps.
