If you are working in retail with supervisory or management experience and are looking for the next step in your career, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As an Apprentice Deputy Manager, you will be placed on to a fast track 12-month development programme, where you will gain invaluable on the job experience in a fast-paced retail environment. As an Apprentice Deputy Manager, you will support our store management team whilst also working towards your retail team leader level 3 programme.
You will gain experience in the day to day store operations, making sure our shelves are full and our stores are of the highest standards for our customers.

Requirements and Prospectus

• Helping the team by providing support and guidance on a daily basis
• Take ownership of the performance of the store when running the store
Personal qualities
• Keeping positive, even when things get tough
Qualifications required
No Qualifications required but you must have previous experience within a leadership role, ideally within retail or hospitality.
