Summary
Job Purpose:
1 To ensure that the hospital Governance and Regulatory functions run effectively in accordance with the hospital’s chosen processes and systems.
2 To support the clinical quality agenda by assisting with maintenance of information systems, technologies and processes to optimise quality improvement within Spire Norwich Hospital.
3 Support Governance team including Health and Safety Lead, Infection Control Lead, Clinical Educator lead
4 The post holder will work to support the Governance & Risk Manager to provide assurance of compliance with respect to CQC regulation, maintain Audit and training spreadsheet as well as all relevant trackers.
Overall Responsibilities:
• Support the Governance & Risk Manager to track evidence of CQC compliance and audit activity including preparing reports to The Head Office Central Teams within agreed timescales
• Co-ordinate health promotion activity and literature across the hospital – when able.
• Ensure the Clinical Governance boards around the hospital are tidy and documentation current
• Provide admin support for Clinical Effectiveness and Governance meetings by attending the meetings and taking minutes when required

Requirements and Prospectus
Desired skills
Attention to detail, professional approach and communication skills face to face and telephone zoom calls. Administrative experience is advantageous.
Personal qualities
Conscientious, good attention to detail, friendly, enjoy working as part of a team, a interest on healthcare ad quality improvement processes.
Qualifications required
Maths and English GCSE preferred.
