Leadership and Management Training from Lifetime

Lifetime Training are a leading provider of management apprenticeships, ensuring that training delivers measurable business impact and creates a culture of positive behaviours and self-development. Not only do learners receive a nationally recognised apprenticeship but within our Management Level 3 and Operations Management Level 5 they will also receive a CMI qualification as part of the training.

Leadership and management apprenticeship standards

Level 3 Leadership and Management Qualification

CMI Certified

This qualification is for new or developing managers, it is 15+ months long and suited to individuals who are honing their leadership skills, knowledge and behaviours. It provides essential development so individuals become confident in their abilities, positively impact wider teams, improve productivity and support innovation across the business. On completion they will receive Team Leader Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship standard and the CMI Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership Level 3.

Level 4 Project Management Qualification

This qualification is for individuals who have responsibility for running small, medium, or large projects. It is 15+ months long and will focus on key skills such as planning, organisation, leadership, management, and communication skills. Essential to business and project success, this qualification ensures individuals utilise resources with suitable skills, experience, and knowledge to work in a motivated and integrated team. On completion they will receive Level 4 Associate Project Management apprenticeship standard and Association of Project Management (APM) Project Management Qualification.

Level 5 Leadership and Management Qualification

CMI Certified

This qualification, for your established operational leaders, is 18+ months and suited to individuals who are managing managers and directly impacting operational success. It provides in-depth strategic training based on real life operational situations to provide actionable and relevant development. Individuals will focus on improving core managerial and operational techniques to drive business results. On completion they will receive Operations Departmental Manager Level 5 apprenticeship standard and the CMI Leadership and Management Level 5 certificate.

Level 5 Professional Coaching Qualification

This qualification is 15+ months and is suited to individuals who are leaders in your organisation but may not directly manage large operational teams or departments. This qualification is for individuals in roles that can directly impact other colleagues’ professional and personal performance and development, even if they are not responsible for the operational impact that development may have. This individual may work with other senior leaders across the company, or within a team of leaders to develop a culture of coaching and feed into the wider HR and L&D strategy. On completion they will receive Coaching Professional Level 5 apprenticeship standard and can gain recognition from a Professional Coaching Association.
