Lifetime Training manage seamless apprenticeship enrolment online and over the telephone. Remote enrolment appointments are completed over-the-phone with one of Lifetime’s specialist enrolment coordinators. Prospective learners will complete Initial Assessments and sign the Learner Agreement online before enrolment.
Learners will receive a range of support and guidance throughout the enrolment process.
Lifetime’s trainers and English and maths tutors deliver their expert training to learners online through virtual classrooms. This way, learners can expect the same high levels of training when not in their usual place of work or if access is restricted.
Learners will have telephone or online training from their Lifetime trainer every two to four weeks.
Lifetime’s online learning platform Mylife can be accessed by learners from all devices to enable self-study. It contains a huge library of learning plans and digital resources for each learner, all developed by Lifetime’s curriculum team. Learner communities within Mylife encourage social learning and sharing.
Learners can join a group virtual classroom for 45-minute bite-sized sessions to support their apprenticeship learning and functional skills. These sessions promote forward planning and encourages them to responsibility of their own learning. 96% of learners said they would attend more sessions and rated our tutors 4.82/5 stars.
Learner and employer learning portals
Lifetime’s portal platform allows apprentices to upload work and evidence remotely. Employers can track learner progress and the learning schedule online.
As well as having 1-2-1 support from their trainer, learners can access Lifetime’s Learner Helpline 24 hours a day, free of charge. In addition, Lifetime’s Learner Support Team provide support for learners with additional learning or social needs.
Managers, through the portal, can have access to their learner’s activity plan, their uploaded work and can support in reviewing and engaging in their development. They will have direct access to the trainer whenever they need, and formal reviews will be scheduled every four weeks.
To make sure everyone is connected, Gateway conversations before End-point Assessment, between the learner, employer and trainer, can be completed through a conference call.
