At Lifetime we recognise that people like to learn in different ways, so we have teamed up with the professionals at Fresh Air Studios to create a series of Podcasts to help you with your studies.

The podcasts cover all of the different elements of the Fitness Instructor practical assessment, from the introduction through to the cool-down and stretches. Each has been designed to give you a clear idea of what you should be saying and doing with your clients during the assessment, and more important still what you will be doing when out working on the gym floor.
