Learner Awards serve up Top Talent
Will Freeman, 23 from Chesterfield is a Manager at Costa Coffee Meadowhall and, following completion of his Lifetime Training Level 3 Hospitality Supervision & Leadership qualification, has been nominated for the Lifetime Learner Achievement Awards 2014.
The awards recognise, reward and celebrate the learning achievements, and resulting career and personal successes, of those who have completed a qualification with Lifetime. They also acknowledge the tutors and regional trainers from Lifetime who helped our learners achieve their goals.
Will was inspired to take the course to progress his career into management. His ambitions were realised during the course as he was made responsible for his own store. He’d now like the challenge of managing an even larger store. Will said, “Taking this course has helped me to see where I need to be and how I could achieve my goal of becoming Manager of my own store.”
Julie Proctor, Head of Hospitality at Lifetime Training commented:
“It’s wonderful to see so many success stories. The entries this year reflect just how robust our hospitality experience is.”
Shortlisted nominees will be invited to attend our special awards ceremony in London on Wednesday 21st May.
