People 1st Hospitality Award Win
Lifetime Training and Hilton Worldwide were named ‘Partnership of the Year’ last month at the People 1st Apprenticeship Awards.
The event was held at the House of Commons on Thursday 26th February and the teams were delighted to accept the award amongst their hospitality industry peers.

Integral to apprentice success is their support network. Over the past two years, Hilton Worldwide and Lifetime Training have worked together to develop an award winning Apprenticeship Academy.
Through conducting Individual Initial Assessment, Individual Learning Plans, quality assurance activities, learner and employer surveys and an analysis of learner retention Hilton Worldwide and Lifetime Training are able to monitor and evaluate success and constantly review and evolve the academies to ensure they meet learner and business needs.
The judges said: The success of this partnership was evident through their nomination.
Lifetime Training also accepted recognition for the Company’s Gold Standard People 1st accreditation which demonstrates Lifetime Training’s best in class delivery and shows a progressive and sustainable commitment to matching the development of learners’ skills with employers’ needs.
