For the Level 2 Fitness Instructor Certificate, there are 4 classroom attendance days, followed by a 2-hour assessment 3-4 weeks after (this will be confirmed with your classroom tutor on-course). The LES MILLS™ training will require your attendance on a 2 day course, and you can choose 2 out of 8 options.
Online learning will be completed through the MyLifetime online learning community, where you can access your workbooks and online resources. MyLifetime also provides instant access to expert tutors and allows you to interact with other learners. To support your journey, there are a range of materials available, including; videos, webinars, podcasts and other dynamic learning resources.

There is also a range of engaging learning materials that have been designed to support your learning journey, with fresh content uploaded regularly.
Classroom sessions are taught and assessed by our expert tutors at our local training centres across the UK. Sessions are designed so you can: learn as a group, ask questions directly, meet other learners, and gain feedback on your work.
Once you have applied for your chosen course you can book your classroom attendance dates through our online booking system. It is an easy process and there are plenty of sessions to choose from. If you have any questions about the booking process please contact one of our course advisors.
We advise that classroom sessions are booked 2-6 weeks in advance of enrolment, and you can complete online learning prior to practical attendance days.
