Main duties but not limited to;
· Provide technical support both in-person and remotely
· You will work with technologies such as Active Directory, Azure, Cisco and Exchange
· There will be some software testing, fluke testing and cable testing within the role
· Establish and diagnose ICT problems/faults using troubleshooting methodology
· Work with senior colleagues to resolve more complex incidents
· Apply appropriate testing methodology to hardware, software and cabling assets
Desired Skills
You should be able to showcase some prior knowledge and skills within IT as a hobbyist. This could be offering IT support to friends and family or building custom PCs for example. Some customer service experience would also be desirable. You should have the ability to show empathy.

Qualifications required
Grade 4/C or above in both English and Maths and a related technology qualification
