Main roles and responsibilities but not limited to;
Workshop Administration
● Setting up Laptops and Desktops following a Build Sheet.
● Testing new client equipment is working.
● Removing and replacing parts from Laptops and Desktops.
● Keeping the workshop and associated areas clean and tidy.
Team and Project Support
● Assisting with Onsite Hardware Installations.
● Supporting Office Move and Migration Projects.
● Data Cable, trunking and rack installs.
● Research of new technologies.
● Some onsite visits or nights away may be required from time to time as part of this role.
Helpdesk Support and Administration
● Answering Helpdesk calls and logging support tickets.
● Assisting with troubleshooting issues.
● Administration of tickets and configurations in our database.
● Recording events and problems ensuring ticket has all details and updates.
● Directing unresolved issues to the next level of support.
Desired Skills
You should be able to showcase some prior knowledge and skills within IT as a hobbyist. This could be offering IT support to friends and family, or building custom PC’s for example. Some customer service experience would also be desirable. You should have the ability to show empathy.

Qualifications required
Grade 4/C or above in both English and Maths and a related technology qualification

Possible full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme
